Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7 July 2026

This policy explains how we handle your personal data when you join the RaiseBloom early-access list at raisebloom.com. RaiseBloom is a forthcoming app for neurodivergent and autistic children, built by a pediatrician.

Who is responsible for your data

RaiseBloom is operated by an individual (Rodwan Elgaraali) based in Ireland, who is the data controller. For any privacy question or request, contact us at support@raisebloom.com.

What we collect, and why

When you join the early-access list, we collect only your email address. We use it for one purpose: to let you know when RaiseBloom is ready to try, and to send occasional updates about it. We do not collect any information about your child through this website.

Lawful basis

We process your email on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the box when you sign up. You can withdraw it at any time (see "Your rights" below).

Who processes it on our behalf

These providers may process data outside the EU/EEA (e.g. in the United States). Where they do, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

We keep your email until RaiseBloom launches and for up to 12 months afterwards, or until you ask us to remove it — whichever comes first. If you unsubscribe, we delete your email promptly.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

To exercise any of these, or to unsubscribe, email support@raisebloom.com and we'll action it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
